EARLY MORNING STUDY ACADEMY
In collaboration with the San Francisco Unified School District, we engage approximately 80 Youth per year in classes designed to elevate their scholastic abilities, teach strategies for taking tests, and offer a structured environment in which to study the required material. GED PLUS has one of the highest success rates in the City and County of San Francisco.

Pre-employment and job readiness skills are integrated into the fabric of the classes. Computer literacy and pre-employment/job readiness skills are taught to approximately 60 youth annually. A computer professional teaches Microsoft Office, Internet, Adobe, and HTML in a recently upgraded computer lab. In addition, our staff members instruct the youth in a vocational class that includes soft skills, career awareness, career exploration, career preparation, cultural awareness, and hands-on experience. The hands-on experience varies from city-funded jobs programs to subsidized work in the retail industry. Computer skills are integrated into the majority of these vocational elements.
